At Red Ribbon Equestrian, we are committed to fast, reliable, and secure shipping via Royal Mail — both within the UK and worldwide.
Dispatch Times
Orders are sent Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 working days of receiving and processing your order. Our customers will always be notified via email of any delays which may delay the dispatch process during busy periods or trade shows.
UK Delivery Options
All UK deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

Trade Show Orders
If you make a purchase at a trade show, you can:

Take your items home immediately (subject to stock availability), or

Have them shipped to your preferred address after the event.

Delivery Delays or Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you have any questions about returning or exchanging an item, please contact us using the details below.
📦 Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items must not be soiled, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Sale or discounted items may be non-refundable unless faulty.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone so we can resolve the issue quickly.
🔁 Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for:
- A different size, or
- An alternative style.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll automatically process a refund to your original payment method.
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🚚 How to Return an Item
- Send us a request for a refund on the shopify inbox or via our email at charlotte@redribbonequestrian.com and include your order number and items you wish to return.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your request is approved.
- Package your items securely and include the returns form provided with your order.
⚠️ Please note: Responsibility for the items remains with you until we receive them. We recommend using a tracked or registered postal service for all returns.
💸 Return Shipping Charges
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- There are no additional handling fees for processing your return.
