Postage & Deliveries
At Red Ribbon Equestrian, we are committed to fast, reliable, and secure shipping via Royal Mail — both within the UK and worldwide.
Dispatch Times
Orders are sent Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 working days of receiving and processing your order. Our customers will always be notified via email of any delays which may delay the dispatch process during busy periods or trade shows.
UK Delivery Options
All UK deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Trade Show Orders
If you make a purchase at a trade show, you can:

Take your items home immediately (subject to stock availability), or

Have them shipped to your preferred address after the event.
Shipping rates and times are the same as listed above.
Delivery Delays or Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Confirm your delivery address was entered correctly.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), contact us and we’ll assist right away.
